Les Éditions de Mévius
Marc Garneau
In order to seize the magnitude and the complexity of Marc Garneau’s work since the beginning of his career in the 1980s, Les Éditions de Mévius propose a publication that stands halfway between the exhibition catalogue and the monograph. Laurier Lacroix’s and Ginette Michaud’s essays complete the abundantly illustrated book by analyzing “a body of work that has developed through perseverance, self-loyalty, and rigour, but also through bifurcations, new starts, and trial and error over the past thirty years […]”. It marks the first time that Garneau’s work has been analyzed in its entirety in an extensive and dedicated publication.
