In the months before the opening of her exhibition, Imaginary Being, Jannick Deslauriers was working in situ on her new installation, Phasmes. An immersive piece blending steel, textiles, beeswax and ashes was gradually taking shape on the ground floor of the 1700 La Poste. Director Bruno Boulianne and his team followed the artist all through this process.
